We just returned from competing in the 2014 Battle of the Chefs, an amazing event for South Florida’s BNI chapters. It was wonderful to meet and visit with so many incredible professionals in our area! Although we spent a while debating which of our dishes to use for competition, we decided to compete with crab-stuffed shrimp wrapped in filo threads and coffee and cinnamon rubbed beef tenderloin.
The reviews were mixed; some preferred the shrimp, others were die-hard fans of the beef, but in the end, we are beyond thrilled to announce that we WON!
We are so grateful to everyone who attended and to everyone who voted and we are so excited to begin taking requests to add our winning dishes to your upcoming event’s menu!
